Job Description
Truffle Pig is looking for a great candidate to join our team as a line cook. Come and experience a professional kitchen with state of the art equipment and all the kitchen supplies you can imagine. If something is not working properly or breaks...we fix it or replace it immediately. No more frustrating shifts trying to do your job with the wrong tools. Our menus are engineered seasonally, using some of the most premium and freshest ingredients we can procure. You will find that we change our menu periodically throughout each season to best utilize the ingredients that are available at that time of year. We have a 4 person line in the summer and a 5 person line in the winter [Pasta / Sauce / Grill / Fryer / Pantry]. We also have a full prep kitchen with a tilt skillet, double combi and a double sized walk in refrigerator and freezer. The summer season begins in June and continues until early October. We are open for dinner only in the summer season and Lunch + Dinner throughout the winter season. We will close for the Fall Shoulder Season and reopen the first week of December for the winter season. If you choose to stay onboard, we will approve you for Job Attached Status with the Colorado Department of Labor's Unemployment Filing.
