Overview Join our vibrant culinary team as a Pizza Cook, where your passion for food and creativity will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and accompanying dishes that delight our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will contribute to a dynamic dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and other tools efficiently and safely Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures meet health and safety regulations Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings to enhance customer options Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service hours while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Follow food safety management protocols, including sanitizing surfaces and proper storage of ingredients Support the culinary team with food production tasks such as braising, poaching, grilling, and meal preparation as needed Requirements Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or fine dining environments Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques including braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume settings Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and adherence to health regulations Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about crafting exceptional pizzas in a lively environment!
