Experience Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Demonstrated leadership skills in a culinary environment, with experience supervising kitchen staff or teams Extensive knowledge of dietary department procedures, dietary aide practices, and catering operations is preferred Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards for safety and hygiene Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques across different cuisines Prior experience with food handling regulations, food safety certifications, and serving protocols is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Our passion is creating a memorable experience for our guests with the highest quality ingredients, expertly prepared with care and delivered with the highest level of hospitality. We're looking for dedicated and dependable individuals to join our Back of House team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory Work closely with team members to ensure timely service
