Now Hiring:
Back of House Line Cooks (BOH) Team Members Pastaio is a Chef Owned restaurant in Middletown, CT specializing in hand made pastas and innovative Italian-American specialties. Our passion is creating a memorable experience for our guests with the highest quality ingredients, expertly prepared with care and delivered with the highest level of hospitality. We're looking for dedicated and dependable individuals to join our Back of House team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory Work closely with team members to ensure timely service
