Key Responsibilities Assemble sandwiches and menu items following Popeye's build charts and standards Prepare and portion sides like fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and red beans and rice Prepare and bake hot biscuits Set up and maintain sandwich, prep, and side stations during shifts Keep prep and assembly areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Prep ingredients and restock supplies as needed Communicate effectively with cooks, front-of-house team, and managers Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures strictly Assist with dishwashing, trash, and end-of-day cleaning tasks Support the team by learning and working multiple stations Qualifications Detail-oriented with pride in food presentation and accuracy Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment around hot equipment Able to follow recipes, build charts, and standard procedures Strong communication skills with team members and managers Willingness to learn and work multiple stations Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and move throughout shifts Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements Schedule & Benefits Full-time or part-time positions available Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Competitive hourly pay based on experience and location Employee meal discounts during shifts Flexible scheduling options where available Growth Opportunities Promotion from within encouraged and supported Potential career paths: Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, and Above Restaurant Leader Cross-training on fry station, front-of-house, and other areas Hands-on training and coaching from day one Apply today to join the loving, enthusiastic Popeyes team and start your rewarding kitchen career!
