We make pasta the way it should be made — fresh, extruded in-house, dried for the right chew — and served fast without cutting corners. We're building the whole team: Pasta Cooks, Salad Cooks, Production Cooks (sauce and pasta/bread), Register, and Dishwashers. Full-time and part-time shifts available, Tuesday-Sunday. No resume required. We're not hiring experience — we're hiring people who want to become their best. If you show up, work hard, and treat the team like family, we'll teach you the rest.
