We are looking for a Sandwich Maker ideally with Line Cook experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive, hospitality-oriented personality, preferably with line cook experience, who can become a plug-and-play member of our fast-paced team.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work standing for the entire duration of the shift. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, including the entire shift. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, and bend at the waist while working on the production line. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and tools needed for preparing sandwiches Prepare stations with stocking prepped food items into the Olmo organizational system Cook food by following procedures that involve preparing ingredients, measuring them, and cooking them in various combinations according to the recipe. Read tickets and build sandwiches according to recipes Pay starts at $17/hr guaranteed, plus tips, which average $5-7/hr. Growth opportunities exist for future hourly pay increases. This position would be part-time during the summer, with additional hours available once the school year begins. This position is ideal for people with another primary source of income looking to add a couple morning/day shifts to their schedule, interested in expanding their skill set, or looking for a position they can grow into and absorb additional shifts in the future.
