Are you passionate about crafting delicious dishes and working in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment? The Social Bar & Kitchen, located in the heart of New London, CT, is looking for a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team. If you have at least one year of experience and love creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Line Cook at The Social Bar & Kitchen, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards. Ensuring food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who brings skill, passion, and a positive attitude to the kitchen.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar role. A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
