Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of sautéed dishes and pizzas with efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail Follow recipes accurately while adding your own flair to enhance flavor profiles Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering strictly to food safety standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas for dishes and specials based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours, supporting overall kitchen operations Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or catering settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques for sautéed dishes and pizza making Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning, food industry operations, and culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us if you're passionate about creating mouthwatering dishes that excite guests!
