Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to optimize flavor and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace throughout your shift Support food service operations by efficiently serving dishes during busy periods Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating with precision using proper knife skills Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is advantageous Demonstrated skills in food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols Proven ability in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation Familiarity with menu planning, food industry standards, and culinary best practices Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods are essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
