Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for food service will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences. We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow their culinary expertise. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow Handle food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients Support menu planning efforts by providing input on dish presentation and ingredient sourcing when needed Participate in catering events or special functions as required, delivering high-quality meal service in diverse settings Qualifications Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant, catering, or dietary department is highly desirable Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential for success in this role Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required to ensure compliance and guest safety Experience with meal preparation, cooking methods, and food service operations will give you an edge Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities or dietary department experience is a plus for supporting specialized meal needs Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude to contribute effectively within the kitchen team Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be valued, your growth supported, and your passion for food celebrated!
