Job Summary Cooking omelets on a flat top to order. cooking eggs to specific temps to order. Duties Prepare a variety of omelets and breakfast items Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work station, including sanitizing surfaces and properly storing ingredients after use. Support high-volume food production during busy service hours while adhering to recipe consistency and portion control. Prior experience in food service, especially in breakfast or brunch settings, is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety management practices, sanitizing procedures, and kitchen equipment operation. Experience with food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling is essential.
