The desired candidate will have:

2+ years of experience as Prep Cook Preferably with steakhouse experience Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry Ability to manage a prep list from start to finish Punctual, hard-working, and dependable Full-time availability - including weekend availability is desired Slim's is an equal-opportunity employer.
