Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food is handled safely, stored properly, and prepared in compliance with health regulations Assist with menu planning to create appealing breakfast options that cater to diverse dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experience for guests Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages promptly Follow all food safety protocols, including proper knife skills, sanitation procedures, and allergen awareness Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or hospitality settings Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations Experience in fine dining environments or the food industry enhances your candidacy Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
