Cutting Full Job Description Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques
- Proficient in using knives and other kitchen tools
- Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary training or previous experience as a line cook is preferred, but not required
