• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to menu specifications and dietary requirements.

Ensure all food items are prepared safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily food preparation in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation and food safety guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Continuously seek ways to improve culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends. Assist in developing new menu items that are both innovative and cost-effective. Respond promptly to customer requests and feedback, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required.
