Job Description
Job Overview local family entertainment venue looking for a short order cook to work a food truck onsite. Duties Prepare and cook menu items ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and temperature control Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately Skills kitchen experience with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques Proven ability to handle knives skillfully and safely for various prep tasks Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent food service skills, including serving guests when needed Ability to work independantly
Pay:
