Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and supporting the overall flow of our kitchen operations. Your culinary expertise will help deliver memorable dining experiences, ensuring every plate meets our high standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, food-loving environment that values teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with meal preparation for catering events and special functions as needed Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support kitchen team members in plating, garnishing, and final presentation of dishes Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing feedback on recipes and ingredient quality Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety protocols Experience working with dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are desirable Knowledge of food industry standards, including sanitation and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with catering or large-scale food service operations is beneficial Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
