Line Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep appreciation for the art of pizza making. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, adhering to food safety standards. Manage the kitchen station efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and create new offerings. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist in catering events by preparing food for large groups. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or as a dietary aide is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in fine dining or the food industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques is an asset.
