Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
