We are an authentic Italian restaurant focused on high-quality ingredients, traditional recipes, and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Work efficiently on assigned stations including pasta, sauté, grill, and pantry. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen organization. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service. Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an Italian restaurant. Knowledge of Italian cuisine, pasta preparation, sauces, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Food Safety certification is a plus.
