Available Positions Sautee / Fry / Grill / Wheel / Cold Production Applicant Responsibilities adaptable to any station and willingness to learn other stations when necessary above average knife skills ability to read and execute recipes able to execute scratch made cuisine understand various cooking methods culinary and plating accuracy in a high volume kitchen ensure proper storage and care of food supplies maintaining a clean and sanitary work area understanding of culinary terms and methods appreciation for scratch made cuisine time and organizational management proper daily rotation and inspection of all ingredients must be able to work days, nights and weekends...no exceptions must have reliable transportation culinary degree or certificate a plus.
