Pizza Maker/Cook

Duties:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and procedures
• Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Prepare ingredients such as dough, sauce, and toppings
• Food prep our all fresh ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills:

• Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent food handling practices to ensure safety and quality
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We are seeking a dedicated Pizza Cook to work in our "show kitchen".

As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing "Hand tossed pizza" delicious pizzas while ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction while producing high volume.
