Whether you're chopping, sautéing, or assembling plates, your culinary skills will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values teamwork and creativity. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and knives Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food production processes Support the kitchen team by communicating effectively with chefs and fellow cooks to coordinate tasks Contribute to inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food industry or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of safety standards in food production and food handling practices Excellent knife skills with slicing techniques that ensure efficiency and precision Ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to menu guidelines consistently Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams Experience in catering or dietary departments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in meal planning and preparation skills Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a vibrant setting where every day offers new opportunities to craft delicious meals while honing your skills in a supportive team environment!
