Grill, fry, and assemble a variety of foods that require quick cooking times, such as breakfast items, fries, and meats.
Multitasking:
Manage multiple orders simultaneously, timing different items so they finish and can be served together.
Quality Control:
Ensure every dish is hot, attractive, and meets strict food safety and temperature requirements.
Station Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize work areas, grills, fryers, and utensils to uphold health codes.
Inventory:
Stock necessary ingredients and supplies, and occasionally assist with ordering.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Speed and Efficiency:
Ability to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
Time Management:
Strong coordination skills to juggle competing tickets during a busy rush.
Physical Stamina:
Capacity to stand for long periods, lift heavy supplies, and work in hot or humid environments.
