Prep Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring food safety in our restaurant's kitchen. If you have a passion for preparing foods and making syrups and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare foods and make syrups for our coffee bar according to recipes and menu planning
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces and making syrups
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
