We are seeking dependable, motivated cooks who take pride in their work, stay organized, and can handle a busy service while maintaining quality and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner services Maintain proper food quality, presentation, and portion control Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout the shift Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures Communicate and work well with the Chef and other kitchen team members Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service Qualifications Previous line cook experience required Experience working sauté, grill, fry, or pantry stations preferred Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment What We're Looking For We want cooks who show up on time, work clean, communicate, and take pride in putting out great food.
