Line Cook - Isla Bella Beach Resort (Marathon, FL) Full-Time | Kitchen | Restaurant & Hospitality Job Summary Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team in Marathon, Florida. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced resort kitchen while maintaining high standards for quality, food safety, and presentation. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing great food for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and maintain assigned station for lunch and/or dinner service Ensure food is cooked to order and presented properly Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients for service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Assist with kitchen prep and daily food production Monitor food quality and portion control Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Help reduce waste and assist with inventory control Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members Qualifications 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook Restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Some English language skills preferred for kitchen communication Benefits & Perks We offer competitive benefits and a great team environment: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Additional voluntary benefits Employee housing (based on availability) Discounts at EOS Hospitality sister properties Growth opportunities within EOS Hospitality Resort dining discounts #INDIB Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
