is a new shawarma concept opening in Wynwood — Middle Eastern street food, made from scratch, served fast. House-made hummus, sauces, pickles, and marinades. Vertical spits stacked and seasoned by hand every morning. Our prep team is the reason the food tastes right. If you take pride in doing things the same way every single time, you will do well here. We are hiring our opening team now. What You'll Do Execute the daily prep list — chopping, portioning, marinating, and batching to recipe Stack and season shawarma cones for chicken and beef Make house sauces, dips, pickles, and salads from scratch Portion and label all product with prep and use-by dates Receive and put away deliveries; rotate stock using FIFO Maintain walk-in, freezer, and dry storage organization and cleanliness Follow all food safety, temperature, and allergen standards Communicate shortages and 86s to the kitchen manager before service Support the line and dish team as needed What We're Looking For Prior prep, line, or commissary kitchen experience preferred — we will train a strong, reliable candidate with no experience Strong knife skills and comfort with volume prep Detail-oriented — you can follow a recipe and a scale exactly Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs Early morning availability Weekend availability required Food Handler card, or willing to get one before your first shift (we will help) Authorized to work in the United States Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement Experience with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean food is a plus — but we care more about consistency and reliability than about your résumé.
