Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Scoopologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. There will be some nights which will require you to work until midnight. Check with your parents BEFORE you apply. Working until midnight on occasion is mandatory.Duties:
- Set up store for daily operations
- Prep fresh vegetables for the day
- Cook all orders
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu options
- Take customer orders accurately and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness
- Previous experience in a cafe or grocery store setting is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours
