Responsibilities Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring menus meet nutritional guidelines and dietary needs Prepare food items using proper cooking techniques, including knife skills and food handling procedures Serve meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Support catering events by preparing and presenting food in an appealing manner Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and monitoring expiration dates Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service Experience Previous experience in culinary roles, preferably within a food service setting Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving in a restaurant or catering environment Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knives, and meal preparation tools Experience working in the food industry or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of dietary requirements and ability to adapt recipes accordingly Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently as part of a team Join us to make a meaningful impact through your culinary talents!
