Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care. Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring visual appeal and flavor consistency. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicing tools. Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance customer options. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high-quality standards. Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients for smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in pizza making and food preparation in a kitchen environment is mandatory. Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques are essential for efficient pizza assembly. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required to ensure a safe working environment.
