Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Preparation:

Cook menu items to order within specified time frames, ensuring adherence to Ricky's quality standards and national food safety regulations.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Properly handle kitchen equipment and appliances, clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts, and restock products as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Assist fellow team members with tasks whenever possible, fostering a supportive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in high-heat cooking techniques and proper handling of kitchen equipment.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
