• Part-time Purpose To serve guests by providing them with a superior food product along with quick, friendly, and superior service.

Essential Job Functions Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following: Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and to guest satisfaction Food preparation and portioning prior to service Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Properly pack, plate, and present all menu items Properly hold and store all foods Take out trash/Sweep and mop floors Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Must follow the guidelines stated in grooming standards policy Communicate openly, timely, and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others about plans, progress, and problems. Always be approachable, coachable and have a good positive attitude Non-Essential Job Functions Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
