Job Description

Braised Onion Restaurant is looking to expand their family! MUST have a minimum of 3 years line cooking experience in a restaurant. Preferably some upscale/fine dining experience. Privately owned & established restaurant providing an upscale experience with all from scratch prepared foods.
AM/PM Line cook/prep:
Responsible for set up and execution of lunch/dinner menu, as well as station prep. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and presentable work station, proper food handling and proper labeling and storage of product. Must have a valid food handlers permit. Must be reliable & hold positive attitude.
