Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting delicious meals that delight our guests and meet high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage procedures Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and assisting with serving when needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and exceptional customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, with strong food preparation skills Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Skilled in using kitchen equipment, knives, and cooking tools efficiently and safely Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're passionate about creating flavorful dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
