Duties Assist in menu planning to ensure a variety of nutritious and appealing meal options Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and managing serving stations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Use knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and quality Qualifications Previous experience is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety practices Experience with food service operations, including catering and serving large groups Skilled in kitchen tasks such as knife handling, food presentation, and meal assembly Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're passionate about creating delicious meals, ensuring safety standards are met, and providing exceptional service.
