Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety standards. The Cook will work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure high-quality meals are served to our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following recipes to company standards in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or dietary department
- Knowledge of grill, fry and making pizza and techniques.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Food service expertise
- Experience in high pace kitchen.
- Proficiency in cooking practices.
- Menu planning skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
