Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Maintain strict food safety standards in handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients Ensure cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery times Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold quality and safety standards in all food production activities Experience Prior culinary experience is required Demonstrated food service or restaurant experience with a focus on food preparation and safety management Knowledge of culinary techniques including knife skills, slicing methods, and recipe adherence Experience with food industry standards related to sanitation, safety standards in production, and catering operations Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Previous experience in meal preparation, food handling, or catering is required
Pay:
