Breakfast Chef (Early Morning Shift)

5:00 AM - 7am (Breakfast service only)

Part-time We are seeking a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be solely responsible for our breakfast service, starting your shift at 5:00 AM daily. You will prepare hot and cold breakfast items from scratch, maintain station organization, and ensure timely service for our opening guests. Key Responsibilities

• Start shift promptly at 5:00 AM to set up the breakfast station
• Prepare eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, potatoes, omelets, and other hot breakfast items to order
• Maintain a clean station following health and safety standards
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs
• must have all breakfast items ready by 7a.m sharp for opening. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a breakfast cook, short-order cook, or line cook (breakfast focus required)
• Reliable transportation for 5:00 AM start
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak breakfast hours
• Hourly wage: $[17] - $[20] per hour (based on experience)
• Tips shared [if applicable]
• Daily start: 5:00 AM
• End time: approximately 7A.M
• Weekend availability required (breakfast busiest on Sat/Sun)
