Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of cookies, ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, and other sweet treats with precision and flair Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every item served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage spaces Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Assist in inventory management by rotating stock, checking expiration dates, and notifying management of supply needs Support catering events or special late-night promotions with timely food preparation and service Ensure all food products meet safety regulations and quality standards before serving Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service—fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Skilled in meal preparation, knife skills, and general kitchen operations within the food industry Experience with menu planning, catering, or serving in a fast-paced environment is beneficial Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry standards for cleanliness and safety Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining high energy levels Join us as a Midnight Cookies & Cream Specialist to craft memorable sweet experiences while working in a lively environment that values your culinary talents.
