Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Grill & Sauté Cook to join our team. If you take pride in cooking steaks to temperature, executing clean sauté work, and being part of a strong, professional kitchen, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable, high-performing restaurant. We have proudly served St. Pete Beach for 29 years. We believe in taking care of our people—many of our team members have been with us for 5+ years, with some here since day one. We value loyalty and commitment, and during the 2020 pandemic, we did not lay off a single employee. Schedule Full-time or part-time position Typical hours: 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM Responsibilities Grill steaks and proteins to proper temperature and specification Sauté dishes and execute pan sauces Prepare and plate dishes to restaurant standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized station Follow all DBPR and ServSafe food safety protocols Assist with prep, inventory, and proper food storage Work as part of a team and follow direction from leadership Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Requirements Experience on grill or sauté (steakhouse experience preferred) ServSafe certification (required) Knowledge of DBPR food safety standards Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Professional, respectful attitude and ability to follow direction Reliable transportation Why work with us Long-standing, stable restaurant with strong community roots Loyal team culture with many long-term employees Consistent hours and job security Professional, respectful kitchen environment
