Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organized. The successful candidate will have excellent knife skills, be able to work quickly and accurately, and have a good understanding of food safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Ensure food safety by storing food at the proper temperature and rotating stock as needed. Prepare ingredients for use in cooking (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, etc.). Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Assist with plating and garnishing of dishes.Job Types:
