The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking, and will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas that meet our standards for taste and presentation. Grill and Fry experience also needed. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or catering events. Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Strong culinary experience with a focus on pizza making, including fine dining experience is a plus. Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen equipment. Experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Understanding of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
