Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Jimmy Renner's Burger Co., you'll be the face of our brand. Whether you're grilling the perfect burger, taking orders with a smile, or keeping the dining area spotless, your role helps make every guest experience exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Cook and assemble menu items to company standards. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining area. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (but not required — we provide training!). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Must be at least 16 years old.
