About us
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is a 462‑room property located between Fort Myers and Naples, overlooking Estero Bay. The resort features extensive meeting space, multiple dining options, an 18‑hole championship golf course, a semi‑private island and beach, and a 3‑acre poolplex with a lazy river and waterslides. Guests enjoy four pools, private cabanas, a 24‑hour StayFit™ Gym, and the relaxing Stillwater Spa.
The Cook is responsible for the preparation and production of menu items for assigned outlets while ensuring consistency, quality, and adnce to Hyatt standards. This position requires strong technical skills,anization, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, specifications, and production standards.
Organize and maintain workstation with proper mise en place, tools, and equipment.
Ensure all food items are properly labeled, rotated, and stored according to Hyatt food-safety standards.
Maintain product quality, freshness, and portion control throughout service.
Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow established sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
Participate in daily line checks, temperature logs, and inventoryanization.
Perform other culinary duties as assigned by the Chef team.

Qualifications
Good Communication skills required.
2 years of culinary experience preferred
Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
Flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
