Chef/Owner Christie Tenaud is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented cook to join our team on the cold station. This is a great opportunity for culinary school graduates or cooks early in their career who want to build strong fundamentals in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen while learning directly from an experienced chef. What You'll Do Prepare and plate cold appetizers with precision and consistency Shuck oysters and maintain raw bar standards Plate desserts with attention to detail and presentation Maintain a clean, organized station and support the team during service What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized Team player with good communication skills Some kitchen experience preferred but not required Why Join Us Work closely with a hands-on chef and owner Small, tight-knit team where your work matters Opportunity to grow into hot line positions Consistent schedule and supportive work environment If you're passionate about food and want to be part of a team that takes pride in what we do, we'd love to meet you.
