Responsibilities Prepare and cook fried dishes according to established recipes, menu specifications, and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and other appliances safely and efficiently Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Assist with menu planning by providing input on dish preparation and ingredient needs Support food production efforts during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality Follow recipe instructions meticulously to ensure consistency across all dishes Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, especially in frying techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and sautéing Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment Background in dietary aide roles or dietary department experience is a plus Experience with fine dining or high-volume food production environments enhances your candidacy Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining flexibility for special requests or dietary needs Excellent food handling skills with a focus on hygiene, safety, and quality assurance Previous restaurant or catering experience demonstrates your ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about culinary excellence!
