Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and assemble food products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and freezers safely Communicate clearly and politely with team members to ensure customer orders are correct Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness and availability Assist in daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the grill and kitchen areas Support a positive team environment to deliver consistent quality and great customer service Qualifications & Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and good manners Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions Familiarity with food handling procedures and local health regulations Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors Team player who can interact well with coworkers and customers Why Join Dairy Queen®?
