Atlanta, GA About the Role Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group is seeking experienced and motivated Lead Line Cooks to join the teams at White Oak and Bold Monk Brewing Co.. We are looking for cooks who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, teamwork, and executing at a high level during busy services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a professional kitchen environment while helping lead and support the line each day. At Bold Monk, strong grill experience is essential. Candidates should be confident working high volume grill stations while maintaining quality and timing during peak service. Responsibilities Execute menu items consistently and with attention to detail Lead by example during prep and service Work all assigned stations with confidence and urgency Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Assist with training and supporting newer line cooks Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members Follow all recipe, portioning, and food safety standards Help maintain prep pars and station readiness Support smooth kitchen operations during high volume periods Qualifications 4+ years of line cook experience preferred Leadership mentality and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Grill experience strongly preferred for Bold Monk applicants Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities within Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group Professional and team driven kitchen culture Opportunity to work with respected Atlanta restaurant brands
